Depending on your location, your contract is with the respective local branch:
USA: Rahab’s Daughters (Illinois 501(c)(3)). Governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
UK: Rahab’s Daughters UK (Registered Charity). Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Canada: Rahab’s Daughters Canada. Governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (2026 Update)
Our mission involves protecting vulnerable individuals. You agree not to:
Use the site to scrape, harvest, or collect PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the UK Online Safety Act or US Child Online Protection standards.
Attempt to bypass any security measures or geolocation routing scripts used to manage our international donor funnels.

By using our contact forms, you acknowledge that we may use automated systems (including AI-driven workflows in GoHighLevel) to route your inquiry to the correct country office. Consent for SMS/Email marketing is governed by the specific opt-in provided at the point of collection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahab’s Daughters and its officers (including James Shepard and Sharmila Wijeyakumar) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved via informal mediation. If unsuccessful, the dispute will be settled in the jurisdiction of the entity with which you interacted.
Donation Terms & Conditions
1. The Donation By confirming your donation, you are making a gift to Rahab’s Daughters UK. All funds are used to further our charitable objects, including the prevention of human trafficking and support for survivors.
2. Gift Aid (The 25% Bonus)
This is not applicable yet. We are working to enable this as soon as possible.
3. Currency & Processing All donations on this site are processed in British Pounds (GBP) via Stripe. If you use a non-UK card, your bank may apply conversion fees.
4. Refunds Under UK charity law (Charities Act 2011), charities are generally not permitted to refund donations except in specific circumstances (e.g., technical error or unauthorized card use). Please contact us within 30 days if a mistake has occurred.
5. Liability Rahab’s Daughters UK is not liable for any loss resulting from your use of this website or third-party links.
